This weekend we have our monthly worship gathering where we will take communion and pray together as a church. Like gathering regularly with other Christians, prayer is an assumed fundamental of the Christian life. Gathering and praying are not just a key part of following Jesus' but part of the privilege of knowing God!
Worship Gathering
Date: Sunday, 2nd March
Location: City Life Christian Church, 7 Gregson Place, Caloundra
Arvo Tea: 4pm - bring something to share if you are able
Communion + Worship: 430pm
Finish: around 530/545
Those who've been with us for a while will remember that we started with four big prayers. At least one of them, Elders, has been fully answered for now.
On Sunday I'll remind and refocus our prayers on three prayers for throughout 2025: Future, Generosity and Rhythms.
If you rarely pray or don't feel comfortable praying out loud that's OK!
My encouragement is just to join us and either pray silently or simply listen to other people pray :)
The O'Sullivan Family
This week, please pray for Tanya + Joe + family. Tanya + Joe and the kids have to be out of their rental in a few weeks. As we all know, finding a rental, especially for a large family, is incredibly difficult at the moment.
Amidst all of this, Tanya's dad passed this month and have a funeral and seperate memorial service to plan.
Please pray for God's provision of a house and God's peace to come alongside their grief.

The courses are all about learning to cultivate a deeper love for Jesus. In the 8 week course, Pete and Geri Scazzero help to unpack core biblical principles to guide into an experience of lasting below the surface transformation in your relationship with Jesus.
Basically, if you have ongoing barriers to prioritising and experiencing the love of Jesus in your life join us to learn if this course may be part of pushing through these barriers.
