Ahoy Church,
It was great to worship God with so many of you on Sunday! Thanks for turning up, welcoming people and being willing to share what God's Spirit is saying to us as a church.
There'll be no worship gathering in January as we will take a couple of Sundays off to celebrate and catchup with family and friends. The next worship gathering will be back at Bob's Farm in Maleny on Sunday 2nd Feb at 4pm.
Those who were able to join us for the AGM were able to hear some of our heart for long-term spiritual growth at our church. Our vision is that every one of us becomes Fully Alive in Jesus!
In the Open Leadership document that we made available, there was a list of resources that I hope many of you will engage with in the years to come! These are resources that Martine and I have found encouraging and I believe will be helpful to the average person on their journey of discovering and deepening faith in Jesus.
But, I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU.
What is the most helpful resource for you in your journey with Jesus?
Whether it’s a book, video, course, book of the Bible, habit/practice or conference/camp/event, please, hit REPLY and let me know!
However, I want to offer a simple reminder that Christ didn't tell us to go into all the world and share resources. While resources can be helpful tools, what we need more than anything is hearts that our open to help others find and follow Jesus just like we have!
